New paper in Nanoscale: The radiation chemistry of focused electron-beam induced etching of copper in liquids

UK ECE graduate students Sarah Lami and Gabriel Smith, along with former Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School researcher Eric Cao, have just published a new paper related to nanoscale rapid prototyping and integrated circuit edit.
